1. Services Provided

Axon Media offers content marketing services, including but not limited to:

• Video scripting
• Video editing
• SEO-based distribution
• Social media funnels
• Lead generation
• Conversion optimization

These services may be subject to changes or updates as needed by the Company.

2. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when engaging our services. Failure to do so may result in a delay or inability to provide the agreed-upon services. Additionally, you are responsible for the legality of the content you provide for creation, editing, or distribution.

3. Payment Terms

You agree to pay the fees associated with the selected service package. All payments must be made in full before work begins, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We offer different packages and pricing models, and these will be clearly communicated prior to the commencement of any work. Late payments may result in delays or termination of services.

4. Refund and Guarantee Policy

Axon Media offers a 90-day satisfaction guarantee on certain services. If you are not satisfied with the results, you may request a refund within the guarantee period, subject to the terms outlined in the service agreement. Refund requests must be made in writing and are subject to our review. Axon Media reserves the right to assess and determine eligibility for refunds based on service performance.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials created by Axon Media, including but not limited to videos, scripts, and strategies, remain the intellectual property of Axon Media until full payment is received. Upon full payment, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials for their intended purpose. Unauthorized distribution, modification, or resale of our materials is strictly prohibited.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the course of the business relationship. Axon Media will not disclose your confidential information to third parties without prior written consent, except where required by law.

7. Communication Policy

Clients are prohibited from directly messaging or contacting Axon Media's editors, social media marketers, social media managers, or any other employees outside of the official communication channels provided by Axon Media. All client communications must be handled through the Company’s designated representatives or platforms.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with written notice. Upon termination, Axon Media will cease all services, and any outstanding payments will become immediately due. Refunds will be considered according to our refund policy.

9. Changes to Terms

Axon Media reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our services signifies your acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Free Plan Terms

Clients using the Free Plan agree to the following terms:

• The Client must leave a testimonial upon completion of the service.
• All videos delivered under the Free Plan will include an Axon Media watermark.
• The Free Plan can only be used once per client.
